Who we are
We are Vancouver’s newest mixed genre Third Space.
But what does that mean exactly? Third Spaces are unique spaces that people can go that are different from their first space (home) and second space (work) that function as a soical environment. The mixed genre element is that we are predominantly a Indoor House Plant Store with the secondary function of a cafe and bar. We aim to make the space flexible and adaptive so we can host an array of events that will help futher support and connection within the community. It is a space being created with the intention to have guests stay for a while and exist in it as a form of function.
Indoor House Plant, Coffee & Cocktails

Offering unique coffee and botanical cocktail creations curated by a small team of award winning bartenders. Expect to have your taste buds tantalized and your curiosity saitiated. Enjoy sips while you shop, sit amongst the plants, learn how to care for and treat them, or enjoy the curated art gallery showing from local artists. This is a space for everyone and formed in a freeflow capcity that encourages you to spend some time connecting with yourself and others.
Local Suppliers
Working with the local community is very important to us. We are partnering with 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters to supply all of our beans. Acquiring all of our plants from local nurseries. Working with local bakeries and sandwhich shops so that food will be available on site to accompany your time in our space.
Local Art & Events
We will be collaborating with local artist of various seasonal theme. While we produce flavour compositions that accenuate the theme, the artist will create pieces that mirror the feelings and experiences of the flavours and theme. To create a experience that is every changing and growing, that encourages you to come back time and time again to see what is new.
